Jenneke van Ravenswaaij is our POH (practice assistant) somatics. She takes care of patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma and cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure and checkups after a stroke, heart attack etc. This is done together and in close consultation with the doctor. When you are qualified for one of these checks, she will contact you automatically. You can also be referred to her by the doctor or assistant.
