We have switched to a new way of communicating securely via the app 'praat met de dokter' (translated: "talk to the doctor"). This means that our e-mail consultation form will no longer be available.

This app allows you to securely and easily ask us all your medical and non-medical questions via your smartphone or tablet.

Our e-mail address (info@hadh.nl) will soon be discontinued and you will only be able to communicate with us digitally via this app.
